I ship to everyone once payment is received. This is done only because it makes keeping tract of transactions easier for me. Payment in - chip out. Have only had a few bad experiences in many, many transactions and no bounced checks. (Have to admit, Andy did get a check from me that did bounce but it was corrected shortly after).
