I send chips within 48 hours to members unless the amount is over $150, in which case, I wait for clearance.

There have been two instances where I have had problems with members. Once I sent a set of chips that the member claimed he never got. I sent a replacement set, free of charge. A few days later two of that set were listed by this member on eBay...coincidence!?!?

Another time I had a member steal a couple of chips from me at a local chapter meeting. He showed me only 10 of the 12 chips he had removed from my book. A pretty lousy way to deal with another member but in the end he will pay for it.

After these two experiences I still trust almost everyone...why? I haven't quite answered that question to myself yet, but I am working on it.
