I have come to realize that my trade lists are so far out of date that I need to start over. The question has come up in my mind as far as what software everyone uses to generate their lists. I would prefer to use MS Excel but I know that some people don't have Execl and then they have problems opening the list. Or has this problem gone away in the last few years due to generic spreadsheets? The other possibility is MS Word but it is not as conventent to use (with Excel you can sort by colums, etc.). I also seem to have problems with spacing when using Word especially if I try to convert it to text mode for those who don't have Word. So what do you use for your trade lists and do you have any problems with it?
