OK, here's the deal - go us US 49 to Jackson. Get on Interstate 20 West and make the 45 mile trip to Vicksburg. Check out the 4 casinos there, then double back on 20 to Jackson where you'll head North on Interstate 55. You can exit at Hernando and make it to Tunica from there. You could go up 61 to Greenville, and visit the casinos there, but it would cost you hours, but hey, your call.
