The flur de lis is a generic chip.
May have been used at the LVC but you could never prove it. The same style and color would have been used in many clubs both legal and illegal.

I believe the LVC is a Las Vegas Club roulette. Rich Hanover recenty got the dates the chips were shipped to the distributor. He also got the colors. I suspect the buried in the wall story is true. It was a common practice to bury obsolete chips in new concrete or any other new construction. Old roulette chips as seperators is also a common practice. The Fiesta was doing it when I left there in January of this year. grin

While I was at the FQ's a new floor was being installed in the basement. They found 100's of the old BJ coin inlays.
