I requested that eBay remove a negative feedback I
left with a winning high-bidder who never
contacted me after several email attempts.

When she finally did write, I forwarded her email
to eBay saying that she was sorry for not
contacting me because her flat in Germany was broken into and her computer was stolen. eBay removed the neg.

I know that certain German privacy laws do not
permit eBay to freely carry out some requests as
is normal in the USA, but I don't know if feedback
falls under such law.
