That's what happened to me, the guy that negged me had a bogus e-mail address & I couldn't reach him at the end of the auction, ebay couldn't even reach him so he was suspended. But, they wouldn't remove my neg, I even sent a link to their own policy. I thought I had a strong argument for it. It's water under the bridge now.
