Ask everyone if they have chips, casino, poker, etc., even if you don't see any. Have a card printed with your name, phone and email and hand it to people who say that have chips but not with them. You have to be the aggressor. I just bought a lot of chips from guy who didn't have any at the flea market but brought them the following weekend. And, at garage sales, I always ask too. I asked one time and she said, "Honey go in the cupboard and get those chips." They were arodie! I bought them all.
