Look, if you like Southwest fine. If you like Southwest because they drive down other carriers prices, you get to derive the benefit only if you don't actually file SWA.

But your explanation of how SWA saves "millions by not printing boarding passes makes NO SENSE. Southwest has boarding passes. They are those numbered plastic thingies they give you at the gate and then take back as you get on the plane.

It would hardly cost more to have them printed with seat numbers and reuse them the same way.

Southwest brings down prices, and SWA is the only airline that flies direct to LV from Albany, and I will fly with them for that reason until someone else offers direct flights. But SWA offers no customer service.
