To my new issue customers, sorry, but I sure am not going to get in line at 6am to beat out person no. 11. Fifty chips available for sale at 5 per is rediculous. And no mention of $5 chips. I will fulfill my commitment to those new issue customers who pre-ordered $5 chips if they are released.

In a way I'm glad you did this because I was having trouble deciding who's chip show to support, and purchase a table, for Superbowl weekend. Rene, I know you had nothing to do with this, but I will not patronize Palace Station any more.

You, Jim, are the same person I emailed a few weeks ago (after the announcement of the release of Laugh Trax) about participating in the 2002 convention by issueing a chip to commemorate the 10th annual convention. Your reply was that Palace Station management had no intention of doing any more commemorative chips. Why say that when a previous announcement on this BB stated that $5 "boxer" chips would be issued? I can dig out your actual email if needed.

The Fertita family has been a very respected group of people in my mind. You've not done them any benefit with your handling of the chip program.
