I agree, accept there doesn't have to be a tradeoff between good service and price.

Sure I don't expect luxury accomodations for the discount price, but how much would it cost them to bring some semblence of order to there boarding system?

how much would it cost them to get the flight attendents to stop singing dumb songs over the PA?

I am more than happy to not get airline food or see a bad movie, but I insist on being treated like an adult.
