As far as I'm concerned, personally speaking for myself, if the chip is no longer available for sale at the casino, it's obsolete. Atlantic City does not normally post redemption notices like Las Vegas does. The only two exceptions that I can recall is Playboy and Atlantis.... neither of which ever issued LE's.
