Where did you get the information you have.
"Delivered to" sounds like you have a box or a delivery ticket.

If all you have is what you posted, the answer is No. You would need to know the mold. Even with the mold it might be tough.

Mason, Taylor, & Hunt, records are sorted by what is on the chip. If you don't know what is on the chip, it is almost impossible to find the record.
I have never been able to find a TR King record pre 1936. TR King large crowns chips were made at USPC pre 1936.
