As mentioned, there are still a handful of games in Vegas. But it's easier to find a pan game in California, and even Washington. Pan was a staple of the west coast, going all the way back to the Gold Rush. If you haven't seen it, pan is a derivation of rummy, only with multiple decks and some odd-ball rules.
