Any time a pan game was dealt, you can guarantee some burned chips! Pan is a SLOWWWWW moving game. And they normally use only one color of a certain chip to play pan. Poker games tended to cause the same results. But I think Alex's question was more, whether the burned ones survive in disproportionate numbers. I believe that when you had chips in play for a long time in such games, most or even all would be burned over the long run.
