The casinos can! Didn't team play on the progressives get bad enough that casinos started tossing team players when they were discovered? Not because the team players themselves were hitting the progressives, but because the team players were tying up the machines so the locals and tourists couldn't play them and the casinos were losing some of there regular customer base?
