Liz and I watch the registration table carefully in preparation for next year's convention. In addition to the super job done by the Blancks and Sandersons (hope they will be back next year) we saw the following:

Several people looked at the coupon, didn't want it and give it to anyone nearby that would take it.

Dealers and members were buying coupons for $25 and managed to acquire quite a few in this manner.

One couple who had an early flight the next day, offered a fellow member at the banquet, one of their coupons if that person would send one chip to them.

I can attest that only 500 coupons were available and the most honorable John Yee controlled those given to pre-registrants. Liz controlled those given to dealers (one per).

With 400+ preregistrant and 100+ dealers, the loosers were members of the Board and two very key convention organizers.
