Sounds great in theory. First, is finding the volunteers to do the work. I am sure George would appreciate any ideas AND the offers to implement it. As I looked at the listing of volunteers from this last wonderful convention Wayne/Belinda put on, I was struck by an undeniable fact. That the vast majority of volunteers where the same people who have assisted with the show since the first one.

The Poker Tourney is a great example of a new idea and the offer to take care of it. Wayne was approached about this and he said sure, if you find someone to run it. Everyone involved in it has done a great job and many folks look forward to it each year.

We DID have a contact BB set up for three years at the convention and did away with it because of lack of use. 1st yr-4 messages, 2nd yr-2 messages and 1 lost membership card and 3rd yr-no messages. Granted, the show is bigger now than it was even 4 yrs ago, so it may be an idea whose time has returned. I know larger conventions have PC terminals where you can leave/pickup messages.

But that all being said, I like your idea!
