If I was going to I upload a picture of myself I type

C:\eudora\gene.jpg

In the Optional Image URL box, I type

http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads/gene.jpg

BTW, this is not a real link.

Keep your file names simple, all lower case and no spaces, -, %, *, etc
