I ship overseas, but it sometimes isnt very cost effective for the buyer, some countrys charge alot for shipping. I have a scale and the usps.com website will tell you how much it cost to ship to all the countries as long as you know the weight. Sometimes if the buyer can somewhat guess the weight they can see what the shipping cost before they bid on an item. The website helps alot.
