HI, I am one who says No International Shipping in my ads. I have shipped International however if someone Emails me and asks me before they bid if it's OK. However I try to discourage it.
Now for your answer. When I ship overseas I have to go to the post office first for the amount. Then go back and mail it several E mails later. If IM going to the posy office anyway I don't mind, but sometimes it's an extra trip. Barry
