I forgot to mention the best way to travel and that is free. After all of the plans are made and you finally arrive at the airport don't forget to ask if if they are over booked on your flight. If they are overbooked just ask them to put your name on the list and if you get bumped you will probably get $200-$400 in free travel per person. Sometimes you arrive at your destination in as little as an hour late. We are going to the convention on American and are using the $500 each bump certificates we got when we went in January for the Arizona Charlies show. Although the ticket prices for this trip were ridiculous, I still got the trip free and another certificate for about $100 that we can use later. Great way to travel and don't forget that even if you are travelling on a bump ticket you can still get bumped again!!
