I believe that the post by Jim Follis, although harsh, was well thought out and fair. That said, although I wouldn't deal with Rene under the circumstances, I also would not treat him in an uncivil manner.

I think that Rene's actions in the March Madness Chips matter have been thoughtless toward the collectors. I also don't think that his actions make him some kind of axe-murderer. Probably life will go on for both him and me, whether or not I do business with him.
