I have not spoken out on this issue in the past, primarily because I was very disappointed in what was going on. What I mean by disappointed was that your actions were being governed by business decisions with little or no regard for personal feelings or the "little guy" conditions of your marketplace.

I will also tell you that, in some instances, I was disappointed in the complete and total opposite emotional over-reactions against you, but in the end, I felt that there was a wash.

However, it is quite obvious that you still subscribe to the "business decision" course of action. As evidenced by your message that seeks to make amends for your past behavior by bribery, and unethical other behavior. Apparently, you have no remorse for what we now call "grabbing" (you are lucky we don't call it "Reneing" or pulling a Nezhdoda). To be clear on this, I consider the acquisition of 228 chips as being greedy, which to me is an unethical behavior.

In your post you offer 10% off to people who have bought the MM chip from you previously. Is this a Loyalty Discount? To me it is just a bribe, and to make matters worse, it is a hollow bribe. I could be wrong, but I am under the impression that it is common place to offer such a discount for multiple chip purchases from many of the dealers. So lets not confuse the new people on this issue.

And to top things off, in your final qualification of this post, you wish to impose a requirement (one per person) that you yourself disdain, and/or exert an extreme effort to circumvent. Who will police the police?

Rene, I believe that the backlash that you are facing, and that which you are desparate to overcome in the final days before a significant financial marketplace event (the Convention) will not simply succumb to bribery, re-direction and obfuscation. For me, I need an apology before I will knowingly conduct business with you. And the apology is not for me personally as it needs to be as public as your past actions. And in short, it must redress your greed.

Please remember that actions speak loaded than words. So far your actions are Might Makes Right, Big Business above all else, the masses are asses, greed is good, and bribery is a good practice. I truly hope that this event becomes a learning experience, if not for you, then for all of us on the receiving end of your behavior.

Please do not mis-understand the terseness of my first message on this subject, as I believe that many of us can be very forgiving to honesty. Try it, please.
