I will also miss Gene. We shared this crazy thing about chip collecting. All of my memories of Arlene and Gene are wonderful. At one of the early Bellflower shows I asked Arlene who she was and she said "I am just a chippers wife". Gene always wanted one of my Big 4 chips from early Las Vegas that was not for sale. One day I did sell it but not to Gene, I sold it to Arlene so she could give it to him for a birthday present. I will never forget our group dinner at The Sage Room in Harvey's Lake Tahoe. At every chip show Gene and I would do some chip bonding over some of our favorite chips, CREST & SEALS. Over the last few get togethers we would hug and say how nice it was to see each other. Arlene and Gene will always be part of my chip collecting family. Here is a picture of Bruce and Gene doing what they loved. looking for chips to add to their collections.
