Some points to consider before making judgments;

1) Were there any witnesses?
2) Did you read him his rights PRIOR to questioning him?
3) Were there ANY other people shooting arrows within say 50-mile radius during THAT period of time?
4) What was the wind speed and direction at that point in time? And can you prove it?
5) Where all has the manufacturer distributed THAT TYPE of arrow?
6) Is that HIS arrow OR one that is just similar?
7) Has the manufacture been contacted for recall information for improper flight of that arrow?
8) Has THAT arrow been tested for true flight?
9) Could it have been SELF DEFENSE?
10) Have you checked for fingerprints? DNA? Hair strands? House blood on arrow?
Greg. I’m sorry to say but I’m going with the kid. You don’t have a shred of evidence, the scene has probably been tampered with and there were probably some technical errors on your part prior to questioning. YOU’RE lucky YOU are not grounded!!! Now don’t let this happen again & hope the kid doesn’t have a good lawyer.
