Andy, I've heard some claims that all of the Monte Carlo Reno chips were hotstamp cancelled (I've got maybe 6 or 7 in my own collection that are). The $25 chip that I have shows NO sign of a hotstamp impression, none! I took a closer examination of both sides of it today, and on both sides, there are a few of the "pebbles" as DonL describes randomly missing on both sides of the inlay.

I guess what I'm asking is, were, or weren't all of the Monte Carlo Reno chips cancelled? There's no evidence of it on this chip.
