... I'm not so sure about the cooking. I was by and large disappointed by the restaurants in Italy. Overpriced, small portions and the food was good, but not great. The better Italian restaurants in New York blow away their European counterparts in every category.

The biggest disappointment was the pizza. The crust is paper thin and the toppings were scant. Boy its great to be back home, what a country.
