I've been holding some chips since the 1st part of March too. I just sent him an E-mail earlier this week & he said that he'd been out of town on business "for a month" & that he would send me payment right away. Another thing that bugs me is this guy sends the kak worm virus out with all of his e-mails, which my Norton AV catches, but it's still a pain in the rear.
