The Luxor does have a blacklight in the cage. If you have been there (or if you go during the Convention) it is kept behind the countertop that is behind the cashiers. I have seen it poking up from behind that counter. I have seen them use, late night, when things were slow and I asked for a specific security code. But I will tell you, they are reluctant to use it.
