Isn't there a "new business" section of the meeting where new subjects can be brought up? If so, I think a show of hands of members for or against slabbed items & services on the bourse floor at future conventions would be a useful vote. Even an "advisory" (non binding) vote for the new board to consider. At least they would have some guidance on the record as they plan for the 2002 convention.

I won't be able to attend this year's Thursday night annual meeting, as I will be at the Orleans helping to set up for the poker tournament. However, I welcome any other member to bring this up, if appropriate to do so.
