As one who has been collecting since the late 1970's but couldn't afford high end chips, my pursuit was originally to gather just a small chip from each casino I had visited. Then the sky's opened and the flood began and I have sought to add a chip from every casino--an impossible task but a fun one--though I have considerable difficult explaining to my children why the hobby amuses me.
