I fully appreciate the danger to privacy by putting anything on line and your explanation of the new policy from the standpoint of eBay may seem appropriate but I for one will not give them my credit card nor pay a fee when I do not have to do so for any other purchase. I do forsee a time when eBay starts charging buyers fees, however.
