Toys.com tried to sell their list, after promising that they wouldn't. The only thing that stopped them was the child protection act. They couldn't sell minors accounts etc. I don't know if this works for eBay since they had some age limitations on sellers. But there would be under 18 buyers... this may block them.

I too am growing tired of eBay. Rate increases are only a small problem. Buy when they changed the policy on email addresses, it was a huge step in making shilling and fraud easier.
