I am sad because a casino has appearantly, once again, made a private arrangement with an individual or group to the exclusion of chip collectors in general.

I am sad because one chapter has chosen to lock up a certain quantity of chips (before they even are released)and think it is OK.

I am sad because this hobby is more & more turning into a hustlers racket where everyone is trying to work the angles to the exclusion of everyone else.

But mostly -- I am sad because, if not everyone at the convention can get their chip, we will be subjected to two days of wailing on this BBS.

And finally, I am sad because I thought you Park Service guys actually do wear brown shirts.
