The chip is smooth front and back. It appears to me that there is an actual 4-leaf clover inlaid in the back. The picture of the Tango as well as the clover appear to be protected by the same thick celluloid material that is used on all crest and seals manufactured by the USPC.

Has anyone ever seen this before?
