I ask you the same question, Jim. This is not about giving the slabbers anything. It's about giving the membership something. An opportunity to learn, to ask their questions, to hear YOUR answers. It's the right thing for the club to do. We will all be diminished if we pass on this opportunity to present OUR position in an open, educational forum.

You read Ed's post, but you didn't hear him. This seminar is not for the slabbers. It's for Ed and many, many others like him. Be a friend to the new people coming into this hobby. Help them to understand what's going on. Education is the best tool we have. Don't condemn it. Remember who the enemy is. It's not us. The seminar is for us.
