Okay lets get down to the basic structure. To borrow Robert Toots term this will be a "multinational" round robin.

We will have 10 participants on both sides. There will be a team leader on each side. All participants send scans of their available chips to the team leader of each side. The team leader exchange the scans and then copy forward all the scans to each participant. Each participant then choose what they want from each scan and send them back the TL.

All participants send the chips that are pick from his scan to the team leader. The team leader send the bulk package to Detroit. Personal courier then cross over to drop the package to the team leader. Then he send the respective chips to each participant.

Okay guys this is basically the idea? Any suggestions, additions and omissions? Anybody else who has an idea? Tell us?

I just realized that my proposal is a roundabout idea. What I am saying is can we not just post all the scans in the board and everybody pick from the scans. Then in the final analysis collect all the chips cross over and mail them.
