We don't have to pay tax unless we are making a purchase. The green form is all that is needed to send personal packages. The customs thing is a minor hurdle. What we could do is send it to all the CDN's in a row then it will only have to cross the border twice. Once in and once out. The shipping is another concern. How do you usually send them around USPS or Courier???
