I made business cards on the computer. The "chips" image is actually poker chips. The card stock, purchased at Office Max, works out to under 3c per card. The best part is that you can customize the card & print a few at a time. I've recently started carrying a few thumbtacks (on a piece of cardboard) in my business card wallet. Whenever I see a public Bulletin Board I tack up a few cards. In New England these BB's are in supermarkets, libraries, general stores, etc. A scan of one of my cards is below.

When I visit a Coin Shop I always ask to look through their "Junk Box". Most coin shops in my area use old cigar boxes and toss old "good for" tokens, transportation tokens, encased cents, etc. in there. Occassionally I find a chip. Interestingly, I have found a lot of Boston, MA MBTA (subway) tokens this way. I usually get then for less than a quarter each. The MBTA now charges $1 for a token.

When I go to yard sales I always look in old cigar & jewelry boxes. I've gone through tons of costume jewelry, but I've found a few poker chips and a few Casino Encased Pennies in the past few years.

BTW, I can spell anything (your name, the word "chips", etc.) in poker chips. If you want a "jpeg" to make business cards let me know. I'd be happy to help.
