The most troubling thing I read in your post is that you feel that some of our members took advantage of you.

I understand that this took place three years ago, and obviously they probably have a differant account.

I am not asking you to name names now three years later, but I really wish that you had addressed this issue then. Perhaps Jim Reilly our claims director can give us his opinion as to whether he can handle a complaint by a non-member against a member (after all our ethics code doesn't only abpply to our transactions with other club members.).

If there are dishonest people using our club name, they hurt us far more than slabbing will.
