John; Many of the nomination forms I have received have ONLY ONE entry listed in either the chip or the token category. My point is that instead of sending in a blank SASE, those wishing to participate in COTY/TOTY can pick out ANY chip that has already been posted to the bulletin board in order to qualify for being a judge and seeing the top ten chips and top ten token nominees that will be on the ELECTION ballot that will be mailed to ALL judges, along with the color copies of all 20 nominees.

It IS a bogus argument to present that one does not know what has been issued last year. Plenty of examples have already been posted to the bb.
