Here in Tunica, most of the joints do a weekly split. They count tokes once a day and then at the end of the week, they split it up amongst ALL of the dealer hours worked that week. Then if you worked 40 hours, you get 40 shares of those tokes. They also have to account for all of the vacation days that are taken and most of the places here get tokes for vacation. It actually seems (HERE) to work out better if it's IS done on a weekly split, that way you don't have people bitter about which shift they get or what days off they have. Well, at least not bitter about the money part of it. This way whatever shift you work or whatever game you're on, or whatever days off you have, you STILL get a fair share of the tokes.
As for the supervisors getting a share, I can't think of a casino in Mississippi that does that.
