John; Chapter President Dick Brach has posted that they HAVE been turned over to the National. Are you suggesting that he is deliberately lying ... and whom am I supposed to be fooling?

The only "mystery" is that I simply don't understand why you are making such a big deal over this non-issue, John. It's a moot point. In case you have not heard, the current Board has reversed what used to be required, seven months ago. It's time to move on to other more important issues instead of beating this poor seagull to death. Your dead bird isn't flying no more.
