I 2nd that motion.

When I used to own bars I would pour 3 different beers and bet a customer he could not ID his brand. The law of average prevailed over the years and I won 2 out of 3 bets. So IMO ICG would have a chance but a darn small one.

BTW, Chips can not be Mint State since they are not minted.
