I don't see any reason for you to change passwords to access your emails, e-bay and what have you unless the Broadband cable requires you to install their own software to run in their "wire", even then you can still use your own same passords and email access.

"Sung glasses" will definitely blur your vision you might enter the wrong password and overbid.
