Back in September 1999 two chips that I ordered never arrived, so I contacted the seller and he sent two more chips out right away. No questions asked. A very honest chipper.

Well, today a padded envelope arrived that was ripped and re-taped. In it was one chip, no note and only 15 months late. The orginal cancelation was september 21, 1999 and it arrived on december 19, 2000.

Does anyone's experience top this one?
