Don, I think the Tiki Club chip was made by Paulson using non-exclusive colors and edge insert combinations. For example, compare to the Fabulous Las Vegas $5 chip on the CC>CC fantasy page at:

Also, compare it to the famous (infamous?) Redwood Lodge $5 chip, shown in scan below.
The color combinations on all 3 are the same. However, the Tiki Club uses an oversize-round inlay & different H&C mold variety than the other two.

As I understand it, Paulson will make a chip for anyone using a variety of non-exclusive color combinations, as long as you're willing to pay the artwork charge and the cost of chips with inserts. This is different from their liscensed casino business where they only make color/insert combinations exclusively for each casino.

I have no info on whether the Tiki Club chip is a private club or someone's personal set that they ordered. It is a nice design & pretty neat chip regardless of its exact background.
