I had an incident with this guy a while ago, when He borrowed not only a scan of mine, but used the exact wording of an auction I had on ebay at the time. After contacting him, He replied with a rude response, basically telling me I was a psycho and Needed to see a psychiatrist.. (Sorry the only time I see a psychiatrist is across a roulette table)
The Guy is a jerk.
