Hi George; I have a question for you. I don't recall if the RR I received was the Lambs's or if it was Gary's. But IF the RR you have cited in your post is the same one I received after you sent it out, the "duplicate" cards you have referred to were not duplicates at all. The ones that I viewed in the RR were variations of similar cards. In fact, one of the three "identical" Ceasars cards you mentioned was one that I didn't have and I was happy to be able to add it to my collection. My question is, do you collect cards by variation .... and do you have a copy of Carolyn Donley's "The Slot Card Book"? Even the "duplicate" room key I saw was not a duplicate. One of them had a manufacturer's mark on the reverse and the other one did not. I noted these differences on post-it notes when I forwarded the RR to Rose Nitz so that others down further on the list won't be misled. I didn't put the cards in the RR, but I had no problem with them being in there. I had more problems with the promo Fremont Street cards that are given out by hawkers on the sidewalk being inserted in the RR as slot cards.... which in my opinion they are not.

Regarding same cards, I just discovered over the weekend that Sands A.C. has a new variation on their recently issued cards in that the reverse has either Japanese or Chinese characters on the backs. It would appear that these cards were not issued to Asian customers, but that they were mistakenly taken from a box of cards intended for Asians and issued to anyone who applied for a new or replacement card from that box. If anyone wants one who has signed up for Pat Lamb's "Survivor RR", please email me and I'll see that you get one.

GOT TO LOOK AT THOSE BACKS. TOO MANY CARDS LOOK IDENTICAL THAT ARE NOT!!!!
